What’s not working?

Pick the closest one. You’ll see what usually causes it and what we’d do first. No jargon, and nothing to sign up for.

Choose the problem closest to yours. The answer appears after the options.

The Wi-Fi drops out, slows down or misses half the building.

Usually caused by

  • Access points placed where cabling was easy, not where people work
  • Home-grade gear stretched across an office, clinic or warehouse
  • Neighbouring networks crowding the same channels

What we’d do

  1. Measure coverage and interference where people actually work
  2. Move, add or replace access points to suit the building
  3. Separate staff, guest and device traffic so one can’t slow the others

Files are everywhere and nobody’s sure who can see what.

Usually caused by

  • Years of quick fixes, with nobody owning the setup
  • Files split across email, OneDrive, an old server and USB drives
  • Licences paid for but never switched on

What we’d do

  1. Map users, licences, devices and where files really live
  2. Set up SharePoint and Teams around how your team works, with tidy permissions
  3. Write it down so the next person can follow it

A scam email nearly worked, and you’re wondering what else is open.

Usually caused by

  • An account without multi-factor sign-in, often an old or shared one
  • Too many people with admin rights
  • No backup outside Microsoft’s own short-term retention

What we’d do

  1. Review Microsoft 365 sign-in, admin, email and sharing settings
  2. Rank what we find by risk, in plain English
  3. Fix the urgent items first, then plan the rest

The same faults keep coming back, and every fix is temporary.

Usually caused by

  • Symptoms fixed, causes left in place
  • Nobody with the full picture of your setup
  • Nothing written down, so every visit starts from scratch

What we’d do

  1. Find the cause, not just the symptom
  2. Fix it properly and test it with the people affected
  3. Record what changed, so it stays fixed

Every meeting starts with ten minutes of cables and “can you hear me?”

Usually caused by

  • Cameras, speakers and screens that were never chosen together
  • A different way to join for every meeting
  • Microphones placed for the furniture, not the voices

What we’d do

  1. Choose Teams Rooms gear that suits the room and how it’s used
  2. Set it up so one tap starts the meeting
  3. Test it in the room with your team before handover

Staff spend hours copying, chasing and re-keying the same information.

Usually caused by

  • Paper and email forms with no single place to land
  • Approvals that live in someone’s inbox
  • AI tools nobody has been shown how to use safely

What we’d do

  1. Find the repeat jobs worth automating first
  2. Build forms, approvals and reports in the Microsoft 365 you already pay for
  3. Show the team how to use AI tools safely and well

You’re building, renovating or fitting out, and the technology is an afterthought.

Usually caused by

  • Data points and Wi-Fi left off the plans
  • AV and network decisions made after the walls are closed
  • Builder, electrician and IT not talking to each other

What we’d do

  1. Plan network, Wi-Fi, AV and comms space alongside the drawings
  2. Work with your architect, builder and electrician
  3. Commission and document it at handover

A site, depot or build is stuck on one patchy connection.

Usually caused by

  • A single connection with no backup
  • Weak mobile coverage where the work happens
  • Equipment never meant for dust, heat or moving around

What we’d do

  1. Combine 5G or LTE with satellite into one managed connection
  2. Ship a ready-to-go kit and commission it
  3. Monitor it remotely and support it while the site runs

One engineer who knows your setup.

“I’m a modern workplace and infrastructure engineer. I’ve worked across enterprise, Victorian government, construction and small business. I bring Microsoft 365, devices, networks, meeting rooms, automation and AI together around how people work.”

More about Shanan

No call centre. No surprises. No loose ends.

  1. Tell us what’s wrong

A sentence or two through the form is enough. It comes straight to Shanan, not a queue.

  2. Questions, then a quote

We ask what we need to understand the problem. Planned work gets a clear quote before it starts.

  3. Done properly

Built, tested and checked with the people who use it, not just ticked off.

  4. Handed over, written down

You keep the documentation, so your setup never depends on one person. Including us.
